If The Shoe Fits ("ITSF," "we," "us," or "our") is a women-led fashion technology company offering custom-fit heels manufactured to the precise measurements of each individual customer's feet. Our products are made-to-order using 3D foot scanning technology and are not mass-produced or pre-stocked. Every pair is engineered specifically for you.

By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Our products are designed for women, but we welcome all customers who fall outside of traditional sizing systems.

Every pair of ITSF heels is manufactured specifically for you, based on the 3D foot scan you provide after purchase. Because of the bespoke nature of our production process:

• Your order enters a custom manufacturing pipeline upon placement.
• A custom last (the foot-shaped mold that structures your shoe) is engineered from your exact foot geometry.
• Your shoes are cut and constructed to match your individual measurements — not a standardized size chart.
• Production takes approximately 5–7 weeks from the time we receive a valid scan.

Because your shoes are built exclusively for you, we are unable to resell or reassign them. Please review all design selections carefully before completing checkout.

After completing your purchase, you will be directed to use the Aetrex SizeRight app, a third-party foot measurement tool available for download from the Apple App Store. The app uses AI and computer vision to capture your foot measurements directly from your smartphone.

How it works:

1. Download the Aetrex SizeRight app from the Apple App Store.
2. The app's built-in AR technology, guided step-by-step by the on-screen Albert character, will walk you through capturing a photo of each foot.
3. The app measures your foot's key dimensions — including length and width — and generates a fit profile based on your unique foot geometry.
4. Your completed measurements are submitted to ITSF and routed to our manufacturing partners to begin production of your custom pair.

The SizeRight app provides real-time visual guidance throughout the scanning process. Please follow all in-app instructions carefully.

To ensure your scan is accurate, please:

• Stand on a hard, flat surface (not carpet) during the scan
• Wear no socks or stockings
• Follow all on-screen prompts from the app's Albert guide
• Complete the scan for both feet as directed
• Ensure adequate lighting so the camera can detect your foot clearly

ITSF provides detailed scanning instructions and the Aetrex SizeRight app provides real-time, step-by-step guidance through its Albert character to help you capture an accurate fit profile. By submitting your scan, you confirm that it was completed under the recommended conditions outlined in Section 4.

If a scan is submitted incorrectly — for example, taken on carpet, without adequate lighting, with socks on, or without following the app's prompts — ITSF is not responsible for fit issues that result directly from that inaccuracy. However, because we genuinely want every customer to have a pair that fits, we will still work with you on a remake if needed. Please see our Remake & Fit Adjustment Policy in Section 6 for details.

We encourage you to review the in-app instructions carefully and reach out to us at iftheshoefitsco@outlook.com before submitting your scan if you have any questions or concerns.

ITSF stands behind the quality and precision of every pair we produce. If your shoes arrive and the fit is meaningfully off — meaning they cannot be worn as intended due to a fit issue tied to our manufacturing or scanning process — we will remake or adjust your pair at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You must provide a written description of the fit issue and, where possible, photos or video showing the problem.
• Fit issues resulting from a scan submitted outside of our recommended guidelines (e.g., scanning on carpet, scanning while wearing socks, or incomplete scans) may not qualify for a complimentary remake. (See Section 5.)
• Remakes are subject to the standard 5–7 week production timeline.
• We do not offer cash refunds on custom-manufactured orders except where required by applicable law.

We genuinely want your shoes to fit. If something is wrong, reach out to us first — we will always try to make it right.

Because production begins promptly after a valid scan is received, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of your original purchase and before your scan has been submitted. Once a scan has been submitted and your order has entered the production pipeline, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. ITSF products are priced in the premium women's footwear market to reflect the personalization, scanning technology, and made-to-order craftsmanship of each pair.

Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods listed on our platform. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Completed orders are shipped within approximately 5 weeks of scan submission. You will receive real-time updates at each stage of production: scan received, in production, and shipped.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout. ITSF is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All content on the ITSF platform — including our brand name, logo, product designs, imagery, and written content — is the property of If The Shoe Fits and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

Your foot scan data and fit profile are collected solely to manufacture your shoes. We do not sell your scan data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITSF and its founders, partners, and manufacturers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or platform. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ITSF heels are fashion products designed to improve fit relative to standard sizing. They are not medical devices and are not intended to treat, diagnose, or correct any medical condition, including but not limited to bunions, plantar fasciitis, or other foot health concerns. If you have a medical foot condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare provider before purchasing.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
