If The Shoe Fits has partnered with Adrix to bring you a seamless, precision fit experience. Using advanced foot-scanning technology, we eliminate the guesswork of traditional sizing so you can shop with confidence.

You have two ways to scan: in-store using an Albert 2 Pro scanner, or from the comfort of your own home using the SizeRight app, available for free on iPhone. Both methods capture accurate measurements of your feet to ensure you receive a pair tailored to your unique fit — no more choosing between sizes and hoping for the best.

It's simple. Once you've found a design you love, you'll notice that instead of selecting a standard size, you'll be prompted to scan your feet directly from the product page.

On desktop: A QR code will appear on your screen. Simply scan it with your phone and you'll be taken straight to the foot-scanning flow — no need to start your order over. Once complete, your measurements are sent back automatically and your order continues seamlessly.

On mobile: You'll be taken directly to the scanning experience within the app, and returned to your order page as soon as you're done.

From there, all you have to do is pick a design you love — we'll handle the rest.

Every pair of If The Shoe Fits shoes is proudly manufactured in New York City. We believe in the craftsmanship and quality that comes with local production, and we're committed to keeping that standard at the heart of everything we make.

Our shoes are crafted using a combination of vegan leather and flexible stretch materials designed to move with your foot for all-day comfort. Depending on the style, uppers may also feature fine mesh bases, multi-color floral embroidery, bead and sequin embellishments, and 3D thread appliqué details.

Insoles are lined with premium microfiber for a smooth, abrasion-resistant finish, and feature 5mm high-density memory foam cushioning with optional PORON® support under the ball of the foot — because looking good should never come at the expense of feeling good.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Pre order- based Delivery typically takes 4–7 weeks from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any circumstances outside of our control. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at iftheshoefitsco@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
